Gibson Les Paul ‘Studio’
This is about as quick and dirty as I want to get with a headstock repairs these days. No color touch up but the break is smooth to the touch which does usually require some finish work.

1993 Gibson Nighthawk headstock repair w/ Splints
This one had broken off clean. The owner opted for the split reinforcement procedure to ensure it wouldn’t break again. Here’s some photos documenting how I do headstock reinforcement using carbon fiber underneath mahogany splints plus touch up work with nitrocellulose lacquer.
