Smalls Jobs (quick fixes, setups) - within one week
Medium Jobs (fret dressings, nuts & saddles) - 2-3 weeks
Bigger Jobs (refrets, neck resets, finish work) - 6-8 weeks
Massive Restoration Jobs - 6-8 months
These are the realistic timelines I adhere to given my usual workflow. Repair work ebbs and flows but I also stay busy with custom builds in between repairs. If I’m not swamped with repair work then I am happily building or catching up with other aspects of life and will stick with these timelines.
If you are in a rush, I do offer a rush fee which will bump your instrument to the front of the line. That fee is double my standard rate.
